Hello! I’m Nicola Kapsalis and I am a graphic designer who has recently graduated with her Bachelor of Communication Design at Monash University. Throughout my degree, I have specialised and had a main interest in typography, advertising, rebranding, identity, publication, digital and print design. Therefore, the outcome I have produced for this year’s design studio was an awareness campaign for a not- for-profit organisation, which involves advertising to the general public via print and digital media.

Women with Disabilities Victoria Rebrand

The Brief for this project was to select a non for profit organisation and redesign the identity and branding. We were also asked to design brand guidelines as well as a major collateral item. Women with Disabilities Victoria is an organisation that allows women with disabilities to be respected and fully experiences life.

The major collateral item designed is an awareness campaign for the organisation. A double-sided trifold brochure is informative and also consists of a tearable donation sheet that allows members of the general public to have a physical donation form.

Women with Disabilities Victoria Brand Guidelines

The brand guidelines provide details on the typography, images, illustrations, hierarchy, colour palette, and entire look and feel. It is a guide so that anyone within the organisation can create brand collateral with ease. The guidelines allow for consistency and will overall ensure that all collateral pieces look aesthetic.
