Pengzuo Jiang is a recent Bachelor of Design graduate at Monash University. She studied UI/UX design in her first year of university and found her passion through a series of processes including research, brainstorming, working in groups and finding solutions. Not For Nothin' – Designing for a not-for-profit was a project where she was able to showcase her knowledges in UX design, do in-depth research on her chosen organisation, and create a new identity and brand to improve the web design for that organisation, ultimately finding an interesting and meaninful way to help the organisation to promote itself.

Yarra Riverkeeper Association Website

The redesign of the Yarra Riverkeeper Association website provides an easier way for users to browse and get the information that they need. A new website with a clearly layout will help Yarra Riverkeeper Association build a better brand image.

A Branch Around Yarra River With A QR Code

This is a promotional tool that I have designed for the Yarra Riverkeeper Association. Benches will be built along the Yarra River to provide people with a place to rest and enjoy the view of the river. Each bench has a QR code with a random AR pattern, which people can scan to see.

Yarra Riverkeeper Business Card

This is the business card I designed for the Yarra Riverkeeper. The front side is in the brand's representative colour of blue and also the brand logo, and the back side uses the brand background with a repetitive fish pattern.

AR Pattern Of Seagull

This piece is combined with the bench piece above. When people scan the QR code on the bench, they will be given a random AR pattern, such as the seagull in the picture, which is one of the most common creatures people can see around the Yarra River. This creature is used as the AR pattern in the QR code with the promotional text: Join the Yarra Riverkeeper! It will not only bring more fun to people who come to the Yarra River for relax, but also get more people involve in the Yarra Riverkeeper Association.
