Hello, I'm Shule Pan. Before I came to Monash University, I had already developed a great interest in design. During my study time at MADA, I feel I now have a more well-rounded understanding of graphic design and have focussed on mastering many skills to aid my work. I believe that I have much to learn but I am excited for the challenges and skills I will gain ahead as I grow as a creative and design. I love to work with colour, and also have a fond appreciation of identity & branding work. Please get in touch via email with any inquiries.

StopLiveExports Logo
Stop Live Exports is committed to ending the export of live animals for slaughter. About the wordmark, the ‘o’ of stop and export in the organization name are concatenated to form a chain. It symbolizes that people can unite like chains and fight for animals together. For the logo, the sheep is the main character and the ear tag is added to its ear. The ear tags that are placed on the animals at birth also represent the fate of the animals to be killed. To ensure the brand is easy to identity, colorful and recognizable are very important. Red represents enthusiasm and vitality, it symbolizes action, confidence, and courage. And yellow represents positivity and hope.

StopLiveExports Business card
To further expand the brand image of StopLiveExports, business cards are a good example. They are shared during formal introductions as a convenience and a memory aid. It conveys important personal contact information such as name, title, email, website, address, and phone number. I also added the representative elements of the brand, chains and fences.

StopLiveExports Brandguideline
This is a comprehensive brand guidelines document created for StopLiveExports. (The above is part of the booklet) According to the needs of the organization, a series of rules and standards such as brand logo and brand value have been established. The content can be divided into three parts: WHO WE ARE, HOW WE LOOK, COLLATERAL EXAMPLES.

StopLiveExports Brochure
This is a brochure designed for the StopLiveExports protest campaign. The content includes an introduction to the organization and how to help the animals. The purpose is to let more people understand the truth of live exports and the current situation of animals. Also, call on more people to sign the Federal Petition.

The Vivification of Australia - Jenny kee
The Vivification of Australia is an exhibition identity design for Australian fashion designer Jenny Kee at the State Library of Victoria. Inspired by Jenny Kee’s most famous knitting works, a checkerboard was used as the background, and a pixelated technique was used to express these patterns. Because I think this effect looks very similar to the effect of colorful patterns on knitting. These elements are also used in extended identities, such as poster invitations and tote bags.
