Like Pavlova For My Soul

Thriving on conversation and collective knowledge, this project investigates friendship as a curatorial methodology and as an antidote to grief. Like Pavlova For My Soul is an unbound book, housing letters, photographs, and artworks, which foregrounds the shared and personal as radical lenses for curatorial work, and makes an active decision to engage with friendship as a reparative and nourishing structure. Self-reflexive by nature, the project draws on this relationality both as a methodology and as subject matter. This project brings together 6 artists - like inviting people you think will get along to a dinner party and getting to overhear their conversations.
