My practice involves using art as a form of therapy. I believe that engaging with art mindfully, can embrace a mode of healing that helps my own mental health greatly. This engagement with art as a therapeutic tool is shared in sessions with others too. I believe that creative processes like art are healing and transformative. And that all people have an innate ability to be creative.
