What stands out the most to you about Monash WIL interns?
What we’ve appreciated from our Monash WIL interns is their unique skill sets - each have come from varying backgrounds and degrees, and while they complete the same program, each intern has brought something different and new to the table.
Being an intern is not an easy task - especially at DataSauce, where we quite literally throw you into the life of an agency straight away. Our Monash WIL interns have risen up to the challenge, and are continuing to thrive.
The other common thread that we’ve noticed from our Monash WIL interns - and continue to be impressed by - is their confidence to be themselves, their ambition, organisation and the tenacity to continue to try until they get it right.
Monash interns have no preconceived notions of how things should be - which means they can always offer a new perspective, a new way of thinking or even a different approach to what we’ve been doing.
What are some of the benefits of hosting interns?
There are many benefits to hosting interns - which is why we continue to offer internship programs at DataSauce. The skill set and work ethic that our interns bring, along with their enthusiasm and fresh perspectives, usually results in ongoing employment.
