“Working from home was an unexpected factor of my internship but it created a huge, unique learning opportunity. I improved my communication, organisational and technological skills which I know will be highly beneficial in the future. My host organisation has been great at adapting to the environment and has continually kept us interns informed and included. Doing the WIL unit has also kept me meaningfully engaged with my internship experience. I am very grateful for all the support."
