This project explores the admissibility and usability of virtual reality (VR) in future courtroom trials. As VR and 3D capturing technologies become more advanced, they offer new ways to present evidence and reconstruct crime scenes, but they also raise concerns about accuracy, fairness, and its influence on legal decision-making.

The project considers both the legal and human-centred aspects of using VR in court. It explores when VR evidence may be admissible and the practical, ethical, and procedural challenges involved, while also assessing how legal professionals perceive its value, credibility, and impact on understanding.
