The project, Air Mobility Research Centre, provides space for conventions and technology exchange between Australia and worldwide nations about their development and implementation plan of Advanced Air Mobility. While the project is now designed to be a Testing-Ground-like facility to experimentations on the development of these air transport technologies, the design also allows easy transformation to a future Melbourne Airport vertiport station adjacent to the future express airport train station.
