The project ‘Fitness For Wellness’ is a social media and poster campaign that promotes exercise for benefits beyond the tangible. The campaign advocates training for both physical and mental health, not one in sacrifice for the other.

This design research kit served as a card game for participants to engage with. The concept was to match certain cards in correlation with the participants' feelings towards a certain prompt/ question. The data collected gave me an insight into the motives of why certain people workout and their relationship with themselves.
