There is a need to increase accessibility to water for those with disabilities. Knowing how to swim should be a right, not a privilege.
""SEE WALL"", aims to remove barriers for the visually impaired to better allow them to safely and comfortably access pools whenever they like. Designed to be on standby at public pools, it can easily be set up by lifeguards and then left for independent use for the user.
Aimed to increase independence and confidence, the outcome offers a warning on the bottom of the pool to prevent common injuries like swimming into the wall. The contrasting yellow and red give the user ample time to react safely and turn or stop at their discretion.
