Wayshower

"Wayshower" is a modern guide cane designed for the visually impaired. It is designed to respect the personal dignity of visually impaired people, while making it easier for them to travel independently. It consists of three main parts: a grip with sensors, an adjustable length shaft and interchangeable tips of different material types. To aid independence, visually impaired user can project "Do Not Need Help" when they don't require special assistance. The retractable shaft makes the cane easy to store without affecting the feedback the user gets from tapping the ground. Interchangeable cane heads allow the user to choose the most appropriate head for a better experience.

Charger

Wayshower's charger is a wall-mounted magnetic charger, which is very convenient and simplifies the charging of electronic guide canes for people with visual impairments to the greatest extent possible.

The APP Pages

This app is for family members of people with impairment and can be used to locate people using Wayshower directly, it also locates other people with visual impairment who need help. It also has a one-touch alarm or ambulance function.

Detail of the Cane Grip

"Wayshower" cane grip has a flat side, which is used for charging, and is also designed to allow the user to position the correct grip position. The two buttons above are used to control the projection of "Need Help" or "Do Not Need Help".

Projection Systems

When the user needs help, the upper button can be pressed, and the cane grip section will project "Need Help" and send the user's location to an emergency contact. The cane also has a "Do Not Need Help" button in order to respect the dignity of the visually impaired. They can live independently as normal people do.
