Transforming an abandoned building at Clifton Hill into a community performance centre. This project involves a clear vision of transformation, meticulous planning, extensive renovation, and a commitment to sustainability. By repurposing this space, it becomes a vibrant cultural hub, offering diverse performances, musical therapy and engaging the community in a rich artistic tapestry, thus revitalizing the local area and fostering a sense of togetherness.

The Opera Falls displays the overall layout of the building. Containing all the things that is designed for a musical performance, the overture captures the essence of production, through the use of colour and materiality. To be able to set the tone and create a sense of anticipation for what is to happen next.

Integrating a subterranean underground geothermal systems into the performance centre, it enhances upon the environmental sustainability. Tapping into the Earth's natural heat reservoir, the geothermal technologies offer an eco-friendly solution for heating and cooling the venue. Being a harmonious blend of art and innovation, providing for both artists and audiences with a greener and more efficient space to celebrate the magic of live music.

Water walls are located around the central of the building adding a touch of privacy, serenity and aesthetics to the venue's ambiance. As the sound water mingles with the melodies on stage, it creates a soothing backdrop that enhances the overall sensory experience. The gentle flow of water not only serves as a visual attraction but also contributes to the acoustic environment by helping to dampen unwanted noise, providing an acoustically pleasing setting for both performers and audiences. It's a harmonious element that transforms the place into a multi-sensory space where music and nature come together, creating a memorable and immersive experience.
