This project explore opportunities to increase density and housing diversity in the suburb of Murrumbeena. Drawing from McGregor Westlake Architecture’s Ashfield Housing Study’s, this design challenges the "through block model" proposal. By introducing a modular based prefabricated CLT design into the study the project aims to increase the walkability within the suburb creating a throughfare between Lindsay Ave and Beauville Ave.
