This project explores the abilities of combining 26 various dwellings. The site is surrounded by the road and neighbors, across the road there is a reserve, EE Gunn Reserve, which sets across a sprawling three-and-a-half hectares, EE Gunn Reserve has great open spaces and amenities for fun in the sun with friends and family.
The concepts of the design reflected the site environment, it was mainly placed vertically to the street and parallel with neighbors which could get more views of the garden.

It also has the middle parallel parts combined with each side's dwellings and shaped like two half circles to have public spaces for parking and a small shared garden, which is also convenient for the residents to enter by various transportation ways such as riding, driving, and walking. In addition, it is designed with 4 kinds of units for the building to obtain 1 to 4 occupants for each unit, and due to the orientation with sunlight considerations, it sets the gallery of the access to the building to the inner parts of each side.

As well as the private and social spaces design, it combined single-height and double-height units in a variety of ways to produce different types of internal spatial configurations. For more well lighting through the balconies and rooms, it arranges each balcony to the dwellings outside or has windows of the exterior ways. It also puts the windows facing outside to show clearly their form and dimension and even reveal the silhouettes of residents moving inside.
