Courtyard Enclave is a multi-residential redevelopment project that responds to the urgent need for affordable housing. The project site, situated with frontage on two sides, each facing the street, provides a unique and promising canvas for innovative design solutions.
The design concept aligns with the intention to create a versatile living environment. The project comprises a versatile range of apartment with car parks, cycle storage, a central park, a gym, a shared room and a pilates room. The main idea revolves around flexibility and an adaptive plan that resonates with the diverse needs and preferences of the residents.
