This design for new housing hopes to achieve a combination of privacy and social interaction, allowing the project to have the same qualities as a single-family home. The site has 20 units (40 bedrooms), all connected by shared corridors. The project hopes to support local development by creating a community that provides public and private spaces. The site has a total footprint of approximately 1,400 square metres. The project aims to address issues with the existing site such as inefficient land use, limited walkable space, and a lack of public space.
