The site located on the north west corner of the southern precinct of the PSP area in Colac and aims to provide a mix of housing typologies to address the need for housing in the Colac region due to the growing population.

Sustainble townhouse design for affordable living utilising passive soalr design, sustainable systems such as solar generation, storage and energy efficient appliances and systems, rainwater harvesting on site, eco-friendly building materials etc.

The estate aims to retain a lot of the natural landscape by integrating indeginous plants in the landscaping of both private lots as well as the large public landscapes that form the reserve buffers of the water ways and basins. Housing types are placed strategically to create large open spaces that contain these species to retain wildlife.
