On a rectangular site, in between public amenities and private dwellings, sits a rectangular brick building of five dwellings.

In re-using the double brick skin, observations have been made on the preceding six-pack apartment typology, realised in a contemporary context. The site now has six dwellings, each for between two to six occupants.

The building now has gardens on all sides, with some thinner than others, one with a new tree and a rock underneath and one side spilling into the reserve.
