Project Eirene - An instruction to peace
Project Eirene is an instruction about peace to 16+ audience. Make love, not war. As of 10 April 2023, the United Nations Human Rights Office of the high commissioner has counted 22,734 civilian casualties in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. For this project, I would like to make it a similar form of government document. Each country’s government produces multiple hypothetical battle plans every year. This project is the opposite, an INSTRUCTION for peace.

Red and green are my chosen colour palette. Red and green are contrasting colors. In this project, red represents warning and crisis. Green represents peace and calm. It is not just the colors, I also use a lot of contrasting images to depict the brutality of conflict on people.

There is a booklet stick to the folded poster-brochure. The content in the booklet is 'Declaration on the right of people to peace'. 'Declaration on the right of people to peace' is a declaration by the UNGA(United Nations General Assembly). The first paragraph of the declaration is: 1. Solemnly, proclaims that the people of our planet have a sacred right to peace.
