Fresco is a wearable air filter, effectively filtering harmful substances in the air through a wearable device to provide a fresh and safe breathing environment.
How Fresco works
Replaceable internal filter, the filter is built with hepa filter paper and activitied carbon. The product is connected by snap fits.
Manufacturing
Designed a 3 parts mould, silicone casting the nose plugs with a hardness of Shore A 45.
Prototyping
Starting with FDM printing to explore prototype details, such as the size of the snap fits and optimization of the overall shape. Finally goes resin printing and painted.
