Jessica is a curating and sociology student from Melbourne. Her developing multidisciplinary practice draws together curating, poetry, publishing, performance and personal/critical writing. Her work often examines love and friendship through a feminist, queer, and creative lens. Using loved ones as muses, she imbues sentimentality through autobiographical elements. Her practice is grounded in a love of art and connection.

Maid of Conrith
Jessica performed "Maid of Conrith" with Paris Douvlos as the subject. The performance emulates a mythical story of a Corinthian maid who traces her lover's silhouette on her wall before he goes away to war, this story is said to be the origin of painting. This work captures the desire to remember people, to document them in a physical way as a sentimental object.
