Childhood Trauma
1920x1080 Nowadays, deep in the heart of every adult lives a child who has been hurt before and longs to be understood. Whether gentle or painful, our childhood experiences profoundly shape the way we view the world and ourselves. Many people are misunderstood, ignored, suppressed and suffer during their growth, and these traumas can extend to their interpersonal relationships, emotions and self-identity in adulthood.
China began to use intrauterine devices on a large scale in the 1960s. At that time, China was implementing the family planning policy to control population growth. By 1970, with the strengthening of the family planning policy, intrauterine devices had become the preferred contraceptive method for many women, especially those in rural and urban grassroots areas. In the 1980s, with the implementation of the "one-child policy", the use of intrauterine devices became increasingly common and became one of the important tools of China's family planning policy. Many women receive an intrauterine device after giving birth to their first child.
CRUSH ON YOU SECRETLY
I want to show some subtleties about infatuation by taking notes to make it easier for people to imagine the beauty they like and remind them that what they like is what they would do. Are they collaged into interlaced horizontal bars or interlaced circles, as well as wide horizontal bars and square hollowed-out centers? These expressions are similar to the emotions of a person in a secret crush, from the initial confusion to the current fear of being discovered by the person they like and exposing everything, these ups and downs of emotions. The notes are light pink, green, orange and bright yellow, which express the mood of happiness and infatuation.

"Glass"- Dream
I made three paintings with a lot of broken glass. Their shapes are different. When they are lit, you can feel that some of them have a raised surface, which is called Tack fuse. The other surface is smooth and is called a full fuse. I created a series of works featuring the twelve Chinese zodiac signs with glass, each representing a different background story.
Fire safety knowledge
My work takes the firefighting tasks of firefighters as its theme and is a popular science and enlightenment graphic work for children. The original intention of creating this work is to help children understand the daily work process of firefighters, the tools and equipment needed for fire extinguishing, as well as the basic knowledge of home fire prevention through vivid and intuitive expression of text and images, thereby enhancing their safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
In the spirit of reconciliation Monash University acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
