I’m an industrial designer who believes in the power of play and empathy to bring people closer together. My work explores how design can spark connection, heal emotional distance, and invite joy into everyday life.

The Spark Between Us is a conversation lamp designed to gently bridge emotional gaps between Asian parents and their adult children. It transforms household spaces into safe zones for trust-building dialogue. Through curated prompts across four levels—Chat, Knowing, Trust, and Love—it guides families from surface talk to deep connection. It is made for the ones who long to connect but need guidance to begin.

Materials: Walnut-stained plywood, walnut-stained beechwood handle, clear and frosted acrylic panels, neodymium round magnets, red wax string, and red jewellery cord.
