The works are executed in watercolour, comprising fifteen pieces in A4 format, unframed. Most scenes draw upon photographs from my daily life and personal experiences. Initially, I sought to depict the everyday existence of a young girl, but later realised I could utilise my own photographs as source material, thus forming the basis of this series. The depiction of blood in the imagery evokes a sense of unease.
