With landmark studies such as ASPREE, Australia’s largest clinical trial, our researchers uncovered that in the absence of medical indication, daily low dose aspirin provides no overall benefit to healthy people aged above 70.

As the world continues to battle pandemics such as COVID-19, our researchers are at the forefront of understanding the coronavirus and how to stop it.

Study options

With a Monash PhD, you will not only learn research skills but also build your professional capabilities.

We offer various graduate research study options, many of which extend beyond an original research project to include specialisations, industry-driven interdisciplinary programs, and joint collaborations with leading universities from around the world.
