Volunteering with the Monash Virtual School

We support Classrooms Without Walls in delivering their International Program, which provides free online education to students living in Ukraine, Myanmar, and Afghanistan. Many of these young people have had their schooling disrupted, and they are eager for learning; whether that’s continuing formal studies or simply finding moments of intellectual respite.

We are seeking volunteers across Australia with teaching experience or a passion for sharing knowledge to help provide these students with meaningful learning opportunities.

As a volunteer, you can:

  • Teach Various Subjects: Offer lessons in elementary and secondary school subjects, including ESL (English as a Second Language).
Share Your Talents: Engage students by teaching hobbies, arts, or other skills to make learning enjoyable and enriching.

If you’d like to make a real difference in the lives of young people affected by conflict, we invite you to complete a Volunteer Interest Form. After submitting it, you’ll be invited to an information session where you can learn more, explore volunteer options, and ask any questions.
