Professor Aidong Yang visits PTL

It was a great pleasure to host Professor Aidong Yang from the University of Oxford at Monash University.

Professor Yang is a world-leading researcher in the modelling of chemical and biochemical processes and related systems. His research integrates process modelling and systems engineering to support the development of sustainable energy, engineering, and manufacturing systems.

His expertise is highly complementary to our research in the Process Technology Laboratory at Monash. During his visit, we had productive discussions and identified several exciting opportunities for collaboration in areas of mutual interest.

We look forward to working together and developing impactful research that advances sustainable process technologies.

Our sincere thanks also go to Dr Changlong Wang, an ARC Industrial Fellow and a new collaborator, for introducing us to Professor Yang and making this valuable connection possible.
