A woman who inspired you and why?

Jacinda Ardern inspires me. She leads with authenticity, empathy and vision. She appears comfortable with presenting her whole self, publicly embracing her roles as mother and partner, as well as leader. She connects at a human level, which is critical if we are to collectively reimagine our thriving future.

What achievement/s are you the most proud of?

I am most proud of my achievements in situations where I felt uncertainty and self-doubt. On many occasions I have forced myself to jump in the deep end, trusting that things would be ok. While challenging at the time, these experiences have been the most rewarding of my career.
