Dulaji Hidellaarachchi

Dulaji's PhD project is 'The effect of Human-Centric Issues on Requirements Engineering Process'. This project aims to examine the most influential human factors in requirements engineering, the relationship between those human factors and how we can use this knowledge of human-centric impacts to improve requirements engineering process.
Dulaji received her BSc (Hons.) in Information Systems degree from University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC), Sri Lanka. Prior to her PhD candidature, she was in academia as an assistant lecturer and an instructor. Her research interests are requirements engineering, human and social aspects of software engineering, human computer interaction and information systems design.
