AI-powered emotion-centric developer insights platform

We develop a developer insights platform for development teams, i.e., for team members and managers. The team members have the opportunity to self-report how they feel on a particular task across different metrics, self-reflect how they feel and get AI-powered recommendations. The managers get a full-fledged dashboard with settings to set up metrics and emotions, a comprehensive and summary view of the project tasks, aggregated team emotional details of team members (except for the reflections written), and AI-powered recommendations.

New features implemented (This is an extension of Emotimonitor):

  • Trello power up: Has emotions and metrics tracker, reflections tracker.
  • Dashboard side: Full fledged dashboard with team records on Trello side, controls for the manager to set up the powerup, and GPT-4 integrated to summarise and provide recommendations for managers.
