Hospital Admission Risk Prediction for Aged Care

Aged care residents have hospital admissions due to modifiable and unmodifiable reasons. This project aims to predict such hospital admissions based on demographic and clinical data.

The project's aim is to develop a predictor model that is able to identify residents at a high risk of hospital admission.
