New Approach to Avoid Cyber-Bullying During Facebook Live by Entrepreneurs in Bangladesh

The project aims to conduct a survey and ethnographic study to find out the problems faced by entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. Based on the survey and ethnography findings we will create personas to represent the entrepreneurs and propose new approaches based on the persona, that can be applied by entrepreneurs in Bangladesh to avoid bullying, harassment, shaming and any other type of abuse during Facebook live.

We will develop number of personas to represent entrepreneurs in Bangladesh who are using F-commerce. The personas will be useful for understanding their goals, pain points and usage of Facebook. These will be helpful to develop frameworks to help them avoid cyber bullying during Facebook live sessions as well as can be used to develop other Facebook based services for them in future.
