Performance Appraisal for Requirements Engineers

This project is carried out as a FIT 4701/4702 software engineering research project, that focuses on developing an appraisal matrix for requirement engineering (RE) related activities and creating an accompanying application to support the evaluation of REs. This includes identifying relevant metrics, proposing an effective performance appraisal matrix and developing a user-friendly Trello plugin to provide software teams with an approach to improve their RE-related activities based on the evaluation outcomes.
