The recent and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a major shift in the way we perceive the workplace. Currently, some of us have the ability to enjoy working from home which is beneficial for flexible working hours however this privilege also comes with disadvantages. My project intends to encourage people back into the workplace by not only providing rentable Coworking and Private workspaces but also a variety of amenities which encourages interactions between people.
In the spirit of reconciliation Monash University acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
