My project location is set to #1 factory. This empty space has not been developed, so it is a suitable choice for creating founctional project. Precedent Buildings is a commercial complex, which is also the planning concept of the whole tractor factory. Therefore, my pool layout planning is also intended to imitate the Precedent Buildings design concept. Restaurants, cafes, bars and other entertainment places are arranged around the pool.

Therefore, before this, tractor factory # 3 appeared to build a characteristic commercial cultural and creative complex with the main theme of old factory construction. Such a business form has a quite high influence in Changchun. However, the whole tractor factory still does not have no scale, which can learn from the business model of # 3 plant and add unique characteristic projects to the urbanization process.
