A perspective view of the main "moment" within the experience based walking space. This moment is known as "The grid". It showcases the scale of site, where it showcases the scale of the open cut of from a far and gives the occupants a viewing platform to see the open cut from above. The grid serves as the starting basis of the experience based walk. The space is designed to have modular spaces plugged into it.
North Section of Grid
The section depicts the implementation of "The Grid" into the edge of the Yallourn Open Cut mine. The section conveys the many levels, the underground, the grid walking space, the grid inside spaces, the "deep cut" space and the exterior typology.
