Can we recontextualise play to begin healing our inner child?
‘How to heal your inner child’ reimagines how adult play may engage with the inner child to heal past wounds. The five spatial activities are universal and not limited to one space or context, providing reference to begin the raw and disordered healing process. Whether or not the space is perfect is not important; it’s about how we connect and grow through play. Can play become the link between trauma and expression?
