The NWU is located in the northwestern part of Melbourne CBD. The site is adjacent to Abbotsford Street, facing the historic houses of North Melbourne. The NWU project offers 16 parking spaces, which adequately cater to the residents of the medium-sized apartment complex. The green spaces interspersed throughout the project allow the project to blend in with its neighbours. This project has equiped public gym, common room, billiard room and outdoor barbecue area.
