In order to restore the natural environment and make efficient use of buildings, two industrial buildings in Crangieburn, Northern RV Service and Bord Products, were removed from the original site. The new address was chosen at 1C Cameron Street near Moreland station. The new site is currently used as a quilt manufacturing facility. After renovation, it will become a building that will incorporate Northern RV Service and Bord Products.

The first floor of the building is made almost completely transparent through the extensive use of glass. At the same time, semi-open and fully open spaces will provide visitors with more opportunities to interact with industrial buildings.

Promoting a sense of community through the building's attraction to visitors is also one of the project's goals. Through the three-dimensional garage and further planning of the unexploited area across the road, the efficiency of space use will be further improved.
