I am a design student pursuing my studies in spatial design at Monash University. Throughout my undergraduate journey spanning three years, I've delved deep into the realm of spatial design, acquiring a wealth of knowledge and exploring the multifaceted impacts it can have on society, ambiance, individuals, and the environment. Over the course of my undergraduate spatial design program, I've come to understand that through altering or crafting specific spaces, we have the power to improve society and provide assistance to various communities or groups.
LOOKING FORWARD
The project ‘LOOKING FORWARD’ is designed to create a space resembling a theater specifically for individuals dealing with social and communication anxieties. It will utilize stage performances and simulation techniques to help them conquer their fear of socializing and speaking in public. ‘FORWARD’ within ‘The Future Play’ initiative derives its significance from the aspiration to provide hope and assistance to a group of individuals suffering from social phobias and communication anxieties.

"Home and (Be)Longing" is a community designed for individuals with specific cultural backgrounds who are newly arrived in Melbourne. It serves as a transitional space, allowing them to experience their home culture and atmosphere in a Australia.
In the spirit of reconciliation Monash University acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
