Growth Haven Revitalise the existing building into Vibrant, Welcoming space by refurbishing the Façade while reforming the Overall Structure through use of Openings, Greeneries, circulation and Void while maintaining existing elements of the previous design. Through invigorated design, it creates impact towards surroundings dwellings to rehabilitate and adopt similar design approach that attracts the community to Participate and celebrate through inclusive programs such as Community Center, Safe Station, Rehabilitation Center and Learning Center which increase social interaction to provide safety through physical and mental aspect while softens the building elements.
Embrace of Transformation
The surrounding structures seem to bend and sway, folding and twisting, reshaping themselves around the central design, as if in a gentle, reverent embrace. The proposed vision at the heart stands tall, a beacon of transformation—a call to renewal that echoes outward, rippling through each neighboring form. This new core, rich with life and intention, becomes a pulse of growth, an invitation to harmony, urging all to align with a path toward sustainable integration. In this embrace, the architectural landscape becomes fluid and alive, adapting gracefully, molding to the evolving values and dreams of a shared future.
