The Project MAVERIC team has now kicked off comprehensive Research Community Consultations with faculties across Monash University. These consultations aim to engage with researchers to understand their needs, foster collaboration, and shape the development and application of the MAVERIC AI supercomputer and associated research initiatives.

If your faculty or research group has not yet had the opportunity to engage with us during this crucial consultation phase, we warmly encourage you to reach out directly. The MAVERIC team is eager to connect, collaborate, and incorporate your insights to deliver meaningful AI-driven research capabilities that address a wide range of challenges from health to environmental sustainability.

AI for Science - Multi-days hackathon event

Monash, in partnership with NVIDIA and OpenACC, NCI, Australian BioCommons, Pawsey Supercomputing, and Sharon.AI, will host the AI for Science (Australian Hackathon). This Open Hackathon begins online with Day 0 on February 13. The main in-person sessions will take place at Monash from February 24 to 27.

HPC/AI User forum - Feb 13, 2026

The HPC and AI Forum, hosted with NVIDIA and Project MAVERIC, convenes researchers and computational specialists to discuss the evolving intersection of high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI).
