Cultural education programs for schools and industry
We’ll offer immersive workshops for schools and corporate partners aligned with Australian Curriculum standards. Supporting sustainable funding, revenue raised will be reinvested into Parabinata’s initiatives to create long-term impact and strong community relationships through Cultural learning.
Embedding Indigenous knowledge across Monash
Parbinata is a Monash-wide initiative that connects curricular and co-curricular programs to embed Indigenous knowledge across teaching, learning and the student experience through Culturally safe, place-based learning. It supports staff and students, and empowers educators in all disciplines to integrate First Nations perspectives into their programs.
Establishing Indigenous land management
Collaborating with the Buildings and Property Division and Cultural knowledge holders, Parbinata will lead a transition to Indigenous-led land care at Clayton campus. This work will foster Indigenous leadership, enhance the student experience, and promote the ethical restoration and stewardship of native ecosystems.
