Intellectual property support

The Library has a number of resources to help you understand the Intellectual Property (IP) rights (Copyright) of your research data and your obligations if you are using another’s data.

In addition, the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) is the central office within the University responsible for the management of legal matters and is available to review research agreements (including funding, collaborator, data sharing and other agreements) to ensure the Intellectual Property of research data is protected.
