The Wellbeing Hub is open
All are welcome.
The Wellbeing Hub at Clayton campus is a new space designed to provide you with support and information for your mental health. It is a calming and soothing environment, making it an ideal place to visit if you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure about where to seek help.
Open to the Monash University community, the Wellbeing Hub aims to provide a supportive atmosphere where you can find respite from the challenges of campus life. Inside, you'll find live greenery and soothing music. The Hub also features various amenities, including sensory toys and aids, hush pods, and other resources to help improve your mental health and overall wellbeing.
The Hub is open from 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday – feel free to drop in to access mental health support and information.
Features of the Wellbeing Hub
The Wellbeing Hub has:
- a hush pod (a soundproof pod for confidential discussion or silent seating without background noise)
- Tree of Hope
- Sensory toys and aids
- Allied health room – appointments available with a myotherapist
Come and visit us
Come in and talk with our friendly reception staff, who can help you make an appointment with a counsellor or doctor on campus if needed.
Myotherapy available
Myotherapy appointments are available at the Wellbeing Hub on Tuesdays from 10am to 3pm. Learn more about myotherapy before booking your appointment. There is a fee for myotherapy appointments, with discounts available to all Monash students.
