Timing of Submission
Applications for promotion to Level B, Lecturer/Research Fellow, can be lodged at any time during the year.
Applications for promotion to Levels C and D (including Associate Professor in Indonesia) and Professor can only be lodged during the academic promotion round. Application links are only accessible when the academic promotion round is open.

Applicants must ensure they are using the correct form for the year they are applying. The correct form will include the year of application at the top of the form (e.g. the 2027 form if submitting the application in 2026). Applicants who submit their application on a previous year's form may not be progressed by the University.
In addition to the Academic Promotion procedure, Applicants must comply with the Academic Promotion Application Instructions. Failure to comply with the Application Instructions may result in the removal/withdrawal of a promotion application.
