Herlina graduated with a Master of International Sustainable Tourism Management at Monash University in 2017. Herlina’s career includes tourism developmental roles at the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia. She is now the Head of Multilateral Relation Section on Creative Economy at the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia.

Herlina chose to study at Monash because she believes the degree is one of best tourism development and management programs in Australia.

The Masters provided her with the opportunity to learn from experts in tourism development in both developed and emerging countries, as well as offering her a network of friends and colleagues from across the globe.

She is able to utilise the skills and knowledge from her Masters degree to plan future strategies for tourism destination development in the Ministry of Tourism in the Republic of Indonesia.
