Embedding Client Experience Framework Launch
The Monash Gender and Family Violence Prevention Centre in partnership with Safe and Equal launched the Embedding Client Experience Framework.

The Monash Gender and Family Violence Prevention Hub in partnership with Safe and Equal launched the Embedding Client Experience Framework and project report on Tuesday 24 June 2025.
Developed by domestic and family violence victim-survivors and practitioners and funded by Family Safety Victoria, this Framework provides guidance for domestic and family violence services about designing and implementing person-centred, trauma and violence-informed client feedback processes and systems.
If you missed the launch, you can watch the event recording and listen to the podcast developed by the project’s lived experience advisors and researchers Kym Valentine, Dr Amar Freya, Tash Anderson and Hannah Fahour by following this link. The podcast discusses how domestic and family violence services and organisations can meaningfully embed lived experience in policy and practice.
