Monash University was founded by an Engineer: John Monash, and his advice to students and staff was to “Adopt as your fundamental creed that you will equip yourself for life, not solely for your own benefit but for the benefit of the whole community".
In 2021 we recognise the extensive contribution that alumni have made to the Monash community and encourage greater connection and engagement.
